What happens after the beta program ends?

Beta participants keep their locked-in pricing forever for their first 10 vehicles. Any additional vehicles added after beta ends will be at standard pricing. You'll never lose your beta discount on existing vehicles.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes! You can change plans at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle. Your beta pricing discount applies to whichever tier you choose.

What's included in the beta pricing lock?

Your per-vehicle monthly rate is locked at beta pricing ($49/$79/$119 depending on tier) for your first 10 vehicles. This rate never increases as long as you maintain an active subscription. Vehicles 11+ are billed at current standard rates.

Is there a minimum number of vehicles?

Each tier has different vehicle ranges: Starter (3-10), Professional (5-50), Enterprise (10+). You need at least the minimum for your chosen tier. There's no maximum for Enterprise.

What's the difference between PaxAI tiers?

Starter doesn't include PaxAI route optimization. Professional includes full PaxAI with multi-vehicle optimization and time windows. Enterprise gets priority processing for faster optimization on large fleets.

Do I need special hardware?

No hardware required! PaxPilot works with driver smartphones using our mobile app. We also integrate with existing GPS providers like Samsara, Geotab, and others.

What are PaxPay fees?

PaxPay is our optional payment processing for NEMT trip billing. Fees decrease with higher tiers: Starter (2.9% + $0.30), Professional (2.5% + $0.25), Enterprise (2.2% + $0.20). You're not required to use PaxPay.
